| a honeymoon couple went for honeymoon in a hotel for which their friend is suppose to pay but on the day of check out he does'nt ,so should hotel staff ask the couple to pay and if yes,what if they don't have enough money? |

| Whomever made the reservation and secured the room with their credit card is generally legally liable, though the hotel may demand payment from the people who actually occupied the room. It depends on what state you're in, and what the laws are there. |

| whoever made the reservation and put their credit card with the reservation would be responsible in the end. if the credit card does not work or comes back declined, then the people who stay in the room are liable. if they don't have enough money then they would have to be billed and will be hounded to get the money sent back to the hotel. either that or the person who made the reservation would be billed. |
