I am making a "tech" box for my wedding day. I plan to get a small tool box (in my wedding colors if I can find it) that will have everything we may need that day to avoid any disasters. Items include needle and thread (in all colors we will wear), safety pins, Tide to Go pen, waterproof mascara, hairspray, etc. What are some essentials to put in that we may need that I will likely miss? Thank you for your help!Fortunately we don't need to worry about panty hose. July wedding in a hot climate = not uncomfortable hose!!

Pain reliever, rolaids, band-aids, extra nail polish to cover any "mishaps" with your manicure. Of course all your make-up, "sewing tape" as sometimes safety pins just aren't enough.... breath mints, perfume, extra panty hose or thigh highs in case someone gets a "runner", tampons, I think that's about all I can come up with right now, congratulations and good luck!

Femine products such as pads, pantyliners, tampons. You never know who's going to start a period. Bobby pins, to help hold your veil/headpiece in place. Scissors--2 pairs, one that will cut fabric (threads) and one that will cut paper. I would have every makeup product you're using that day. Also some of those disposable makeup remover sheets--just in case you wind up having to start from scratch with makeup. On the Tide to Go pen--great idea, but before you use it, test a spot of the fabric first. If your dresses are all satins, you need to know that the Tide to Go pen may actually leave a spot (that may be worse than the original stain.) Just test the pen on an inconspicuous piece of fabric a few days before hand, just to be sure. The other things I always tell brides to take with them are bottles of water, and nutrious snacks like fruit, granola bars, string cheese and deli meat like ham or turkey. Frequently brides do not get a real chance to eat during the day, so you need to make certain you eat. A small lunch sized cooler filled with good snacks is perfect.
