In some Weddings they prohibit children from attending due to avoid conflicts, and possible diseasters.
However, if you feel that you'd prefer to see children, then I'd recommend putting them in a seperate room with some toys or a movie that they'll like to keep them occupied, and make sure someone watches over them. For babies, and toddlers, it's best off if they stay with their parents.
Although the easiest solution seems to be not to allow children, this can offend some, and/or could make it difficult for others to attend since they are having trouble looking for someone to look after their children while they attend your wedding. |

You should always allow childeren to attend you wedding but like previously said, you need to have a plan in order to control them and avoid disaster.
When guest phone to RSVP ask them if they are bringing childeren so you have an idea of how many rugrats may be running around.
If the number is over 10 I would suggest setting aside a room and hiring a babysitter to watch over them. |

Yeah but babysitters sometimes are worse than the children themselves. |

I think it all depends on the children who are coming. Adults can be a lot worse behaved than a lot of children.
Sure, you can get a babysitter. But what if it's the kid's favorite aunt getting married? Don't you think they'd want to see it?
Really, I'd put some pressure on the parents to make sure their kids behave. |

There’s so much to do, it can be mind-numbing. Don’t worry. I planned and held my first wedding in two months and my second wedding in three months. If you have the luxury of a year or more, feel lucky!
Wedding Invitation
Ideally, invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the big day to give guests time to make arrangements to attend and RSVP back to you.
Wedding Attire
Where I come from, buying a tuxedo is virtually unheard of. Renting is probably the way to go to realize the ultimate savings on the groom’s attire.
