| It depends on the local laws. You may not need a license, but a permit instead. In any event, you will need to get a tax ID, which is the equivalent for the SSN for your business. The government will want their share of your earnings, so be careful. You will have to also apply for a business name and categorize it as inc., co., LLC. etc... |
