Organs remind me of death and Bach's Fugue, which reminds me of vampires...so I had a solo cellist.

If my great grandmother was alive, she would play the organ at my wedding because she played it at our church for as long as I can remember. But I'm just going to play a CD now!

Although it is a nice traditional option, we are having Canon in D played for the ceremony. It sounds better and more classical on the piano, so that's what we are having played instead of the church organ.

Actually I'm getting married in a cute little chapel that has a huge organ. I thought it would go with the whole ambiance of it.

We are having a string quartet. I don't think I would like organ music. However, I much prefer live music to CDs.

NO, I loved the organ... I can't believe people would want a CD, I would consider that cheap. I love the organ!!Organ is the traditional music of a wedding so I don't understand why people keep saying funeral. Organ players are very talent people and can make the songs lively and upbeat. Our organ player was a true artist and proffesional, she did such a lovely job.Here comes the bride is an organ song!

It's not that I don't WANT organ music, but I won't be having it as I'm getting married outside. I imagine I'll have the DJ play something that sounds like organ music.

organs are for funeral's and sound sad, try Reggie , with the steel drum thingie's , " here comes the bride, m'on, i said here comes the bride,dude! lol......or maybe bagpipes...or get motorhead to play here comes the bride. good luck !

No organ music here. It sounds more like what you would hear at a funeral! You want something lively, bubbley, and entertaining that suits your needs and fits your personality. I have yet to meet someone who really likes organ music anyway ... unless she is in her eighties and just trying to be nice!
