| my professor (who is jewish) and i was talking and i found out that he was married and i asked him wear was his ring and he said he didn't wear have one for religious reason |

| it depends on the sect of judaism he is from. some very strict orthodox jews don't wear wedding rings. |

| Most do. Ask him what type of Judaism he practices. Just like the other answerer said, it's possible that some Orthodox Jews don't wear rings. |
