| I bought a pair of silver earrings just a few hours ago and it was the final sale. But I just got home and noticed that one of the earrings is rusting and it's not really silver anymore. How do I get rid of the rust and change it back to silver? I need to wear them by tomorrow to a friend's wedding and it's quite noticeable that one is silver and one is goldish silver.. |

| You can use silver polish. Don't use jewelry cleaner, it could take the "silver" right off. Jewelry cleaner is meant for gold. Trust me, I work in a jewelry store. Just take the silver polish- meant for polishing silver (silverware, teapots, etc) available at Walmart and polish it right up! Have fun! |

| Hi . Try to find a pearalized silver nail polish and paint them both. |

| Try vinegar. Apparently it can take rust of small objects. |
