| Look at their website first. If the restriction isn't there either, then no, it shouldn't be valid. You should contact the company first, ask to speak with the owner if it's a small company and explain your position. If that gets you nowhere, then you can contact the better business bureau or your state's attorney general. Last option that I know of is to sue for the value of the certificate and court costs. |
