Are u the bride....that is alot of work for you on a very busy day....I would look into catering, or getting a friend to help you cook..maybe a few friends, that is a big party. I had catering for 50 in 1996..and if cost me $1200...but it was worth it considering all the other stuff I had to do that day.

Salmon, you can get great marinated fillets at sam's club and costco in the freezer section and it'd be easy to cook. They also have a really good frozen chicken cordon bleu at sam's club that looks like it was homemade. Roasted potatoes or twice baked potatoesSauteed green beansnice salad with field greens and fresh vegables, no iceburg.

i like to give em variety; men love meat, and women usually like fish or chicken, so i'd do a trio, a good steak, nice salmon or good fish, and a chicken dish as well; really is nice to have some choice in what u get rather than being stuck eating something u really don't want, or not eating the main course at all

Give a choice of baked turkey or roast beef, parsley new potatoes, asparagus, or broccoli with dinner rolls. If you are doing several courses, onion soup, and green salad, for soup and salad. Make sure to have some cocktail hor'derves. There are plenty of great ideas if you use Yahoo search, and just type in hor derves.

Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, tossed salad, Roast Beef or Pork Roast, also offer a fish dish as well. You may want to send your guests a menu of what you will be having as alot of people have food allergies and may show up and not be able to eat at all. It's very hard to make something for everyone, so it would be a good idea to let the person know what foods will be there. I know everytime I go to a wedding, the only food I can eat is what I bring myself in little baggies, or half of the main meal, plain grilled prime rib or grilled chicken. So a nice variety of foods where it's possible they will be able to chose from.
