Maybe a light green or white with the coral, I don't know. I love that color, that was my color also but I ended up only having my sister in the wedding and no other bridesmaids. Everyone love mashed potatoes and corn.. LOL=)

seagreen goes well with coral maybe you can also add yellow goldish tones too it as well like a santa fe look . As far as food chicken is not expensive and mostly everyone likes it. I think tequila lime grilled chicken and shrimp is really good.for appetizers santa fe rolls. to go with your moteef sorry if its misspelled. You can have margaritas too yummy. I think your southern flare theme in a museum is a good idea.

Coral, ivory and gold are beautiful together. Ivory magnolias arranged with their own greenery in gold containers on a coral overlay, on ivory table cloths. Coral napkins with gold ribbons for the napkins rings. Ivory colored sugared almonds in small gold baskets overwrapped with ivory tulle and tied with coral satin ribbons.A buffet is always good and everyone gets warm food of their choice. Museums don't usually cater food so you will need to talk with local caterers about what they can provide.Perhaps a seafood gumbo with rice, a southern fried chicken entree of some sort, chicken fried steak with gravy, a couple of standing hams or pork roasts--or even smoked turkey breast, vegetable medley, Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, ham hocks and green beans, southern yeast rolls, corn bread squares, blackened redfish, crispy catfish filets, southern corn pudding, scalloped potatoes with ham pieces, oven roasted tiny redskin potatoes, pulled pork with small deli rolls and sides of sauce, small racks of ribs, sliced smoked pork loin. Biscuits. There are so many things to choose from that have southern roots--I hope this gets you started.

I'd go do some research. Rent gone with the wind, Forces of Nature(pay attention to the wedding scenes), Sweet Home Alabama, stuff like that. Go to the library or the knot.com and look for stuff related to your color and theme.
