| I just saw a friend at a wedding, after having not seen each other in 4 years. We were never close b/c we had 1 class in design college together - but always got along very well and he respected my work a great deal (I was a senior). He's very articulate, artsy, sarcastic, well-dressed but down-to-earth.Sitting at the same table, we spent a great deal talking the night away. A good portion was talking about post-school job crud, but during our convo.. he would put his arm on my chair, touch my arm/back, filled my glass and even touched my leg. At the end of the night, he asked for a business card - I didn't have any - so he gave me his and said, "Give me a call and we'll hang out."But.. I've been burned in the past - by another man who was a chronic flirt (and who seriously had issues/may be closet gay). It turned up to be total drama and hurt a lot.. so I don't want to relive that.Do you know if he might've been gay? Can I ask? So I don't waste my time wondering what if. Thx |

| wow....I'd say try to really think about why you would think this guy's gay rather than having him really like you and want to hang out with you. That guy from the past....well, he's from the past and that was a certain person- you can't think of everyone like that.Just try to find out from elsewhere or from someone. If he really likes you and you go up and ask him if he's gay- that would hurt him. I know that's ho i'd feel. I mean, I'm here trying to hook up with someone and they ask if you're gay or not....dang, that would suck. |
