| Hi,I'm in the market for a new digital camera and am interested in the S510 because of its claimed shooting speed. I take a lot of action and need a rapid shoot. I've had 2 Coolpix cameras in the past and I've been pretty happy (they always seem to be the fastest shooters), but I have had some trouble shooting in low light. One review I read mentioned this was improved with the D-Light. Can you please let me know your experience with this model - pros/cons and if you would recommend? Thanks for your help! |

| Yes it has all the cool features, but to really know if it will perform the way you want it to in shooting action shots, you will have to go to a store that sells them and test it.I am a sports photographer and I am used to my shutter going off within 50 milliseconds of when I press the shutter release. I time the shot for the peak of action, so shutter lag, not continuous shooting speeds is my enemy. |
