I played around with the software that changes the video input it get from the camera. It allows you to make it look like your in a comic book and do other thing as well. can anybody tell me where I can find something like that for windows?

You were playing with Photobooth on Mac.Good luck finding something that works as well and easy on Windows.I gather there are a few apps out there that do it.
