I have a Kodak Easy Share digital camera model C330. It has worked great for about a year now and all of a sudden I cannot upload the photos onto my computer. When I plug in the USB it says new hardware found, must install.. so I uninstalled the software, and reinstalled it using the CD provided when I bought the camera. Then it says installation complete, please reboot computer to begin using Kodak. So.. I reboot. Then I plug it in again, and the whole process starts over, with the computer telling me I need to install the new hardware. So, I even tried to open Kodak Easy Share without the USB plugged in to see if maybe there was an 'upload' option this way, but when I try to open the folder it says cannot run, please run setup. Does anyone have any other ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to fix the problem? Thanks for all your help!!

it sounds like it may be the computers problem. you may have a virus that is uninstalling the program. run a virus scan and see what happens. you can also download the software from a website. do that and see ifits your cd or not. another thing maybe that your memory card in your camera needs to be re formatted

I have that camera with the dock series. Your best bet is to call tech.
