I am helping a friend put together her Wedding Album. She doesn't want the album to have too much photos. How much is too much? How many photos and pages do you have on your wedding album? What did you spend for the album and prints? Am not looking for a photographer, just basic tips on putting a wedding album together.

My wedding album is perfect. If all of your pics are on a digital camera, upload them to kodak.com... that site walks you through many different options for page set up, pic layout, backgrounds, etc. You can order from several different types of albums too.... (leather bound, etc...) It's inexpensive, looks amazing, and you dont have to worry about pics falling out because they are printed to the pages. Ships fast also. Awesome site for what you need! check it out.

I have 30 pages in my wedding album, all of the photos were taken by family and friends and then they printed them and sent us copies.I bought the album from a local stationers and then put it together myself. Total cost was minimal and 10 years on we are still looking at it!

My wedding album is actually 2 books, one for the showers, rehersal dinner and so on. And the other is of the actual wedding, it is a large hard back leather bound book with our names and wedding date embossed. I think with pictures and all we spent about $250.00

we have 3 wedding albums. 2 were gifts and the other we bought ourselves.we didn't have professional photography, we had all our guests with digital cameras take snaps at their leisure and then email us a copy of their photos. worked a TREAT. excellent photos and cheap as chips.we printed off a set of all photos (nearly 400) and put them in an album of "travel" photos. So we could take the ablum to work and show our friends and family you know. And we have "the best 100" photos in a display photo box in the lounge room. So we can flick through anytime. the box is wooden and GORGEOUS it looks stunning on it's own! loland we have "the official" wedding album which i still haven't started using yet. I will be putting in "the best 100" as well. this album is for keep sakes so we can hand it down the family line in the future. it's nice to have a special album that won't get stained or folded corners or get wrecked from over use. |

Well, I scrap book a lot and I would suggest an album that has removable pages and a binding where you can add pages to it if need be. I use all creative memories scrapbooking supplies because they are rated best in the industry. Their books are guranteed for life. I would suggest no more than 6 pictures per page and no less than one picture per page. On average I use 4 pictures per pages...that's pretty much the norm. To take up the space around the pictures go to craft stores and buy stickers, stamps, and neat little trinkets for pages (3D cakes and other wedding scenes).
