| My fiance and I have been given several options as to how we want to be addressed/address each other during our wedding ceremony, and we're having a hard time choosing. We can choose to be called just by our first names, first and middle, first and last, or first, middle, and last. We don't want to sound too formal, but not too casual either. |

| We chose first names. But instead of, for example, Chris, have the officiant say Christopher. |

| We just did our first names--we had all of our family and friends there, so why NOT sound like us? We don't go by our first and middle names, and the ceremony wasn't a big less formal because of it. |

| we did first and middle...because you are loosing your last name so calling you it i think is a little odd... but that is my opinion |

| It depends which part of the wedding ceremony you are talking about. Many officiants are quite flexible and will allow you to choose how you use your names and at which point. For instance, my groom and I used our full names (first, middle, and last) when the minister asked us if we took each other to be each other's. But for the majority of the ceremony we just used our first names. |

| I would go for your full christian names. That is not too formal and it may be the last time you are addressed with that name. Gods Blessing on your union. |
