| well i am 5'10" and weigh 140lbs is that fat? my mom tells me its not and so do my friends! i still wanna lose like 10-15lbs especially in my thighs! theyre arent fat but theyre not skinny there in between! i have a pass to the local gym and i sometimes go one weekends with my parents,,i dance 3 straight hrs on tuesday and 45mins on wed. and i have gym mon,tues,wed, but i wanna do simple stuff at home that will help! and what are some good foods to eat,, my mom and dad are like the weightlifters and eat all this protein and crap and i dnt rlly want there advice! thanks! |
