If the groom is wearing dress blues, then the best man should as well... it's one or the other (any other way looks odd, simply because the blues are dressy). The black with blue tuxes will look fine with the dress blue uniform. Other then that I would say pick an accent color... red is the popular choice because that is the accent color on the dress blues, but really anything bright would work. When it comes down to it what will decide what colors you pick is what uniform the guys are wearing. If you're ok with the alphas then maybe your husband to be could wear his alpha uniform as well. Good luck and Semper Fi Smile

For our wedding we went red, white, and blue. My husband wore his blue "whites" (which later I think we learned he wasn't supposed to do but I'm not sure). The marines in the sword arch wore the regular blues. Groomsmen had red accents and bridesmaids wore royal blue dresses. And of course I wore a white dress. The church had some red in it too so it all went together. As for the guy who wants to wear the service uniform just ask him if he wouldn't mind wearing the blues - civilians in the audience most likely won't know they're in the same branch of the military and it will just look better. Think about it though, what if one of your bridesmaids was like, "oh I don't want to wear the dress you picked out so I'm going to wear a different one." Of course this is nothing to ruin a friendship over.
