Unfortunately, going "green" usually means spending more money for recycled products. But try shopzilla.com and you can compare prices between stores. http://www.shopzilla.com

You can try to make them yourself...it may save you some money doing it this way--and you can pick out any fabric you want. Here are some instructions on how to make them:http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/cr_linens_fabrics/article/0,2025,DIY_13765_5229339_03,00.html

I agree making the fabric covered notebooks would be much easier and cheaper. All you pretty much need is fabric and a glue gun!Do you have an Ikea, Garden Ridge, Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Joanns fabric near you? I saw the cutest wooden bowls at Ikea that would make great centerpeices, although they are more flat than bowl shaped. I know Garden Ridge has votive holders very inexpensive. If you can't find the amber color you can always cover clear ones with amber colored vellum. Here is a few eco friendly printing sites:http://www.greenerprinter.com/grp/home.do?u=9&ppc=Google&name=green+printing&gclid=CK7n27banJECFQNisgodG3d8Pghttp://www.printingforless.com/printingandenvironment.htmlGood luck!
