If you're using "dreams" in the theme, then of course you should use night sky and stars as your decoration. Use navy blue and silver as your colors. I think that would be beautiful.

NO balloonsNO streamersI'm just saying.I think it would be nice if you used sheer fabric. Go to your local fabric store and buy yard and yards of sheer, floaty white fabric. Drape the fabric on the walls, tables, etc. It will create a nice, dreamy, classy effect. My friend had this gazebo in her parents back yard (where the reception was). They had very little cash flow. I put up tiny LED twinkle lights all around the gazebo (even used icicle lights from Christmas). Then I hung the gauzy fabric to create a billowy, romantic effect. It looked beautiful (and expensive, even though I only spent $40. Her colors were black and white with red roses, so I accented with black see-through fabric. It was very pretty. For man of my dreams, you could do a nice shade of blue with white....

I agree, I'd go with a night sky theme and let it grow from there. Midnight blue, silver, white, gold... think clouds, moon, stars, sheer fabrics, lighting, shimmer. Use glitter or sparkly confetti in opalescent white, gold, and/or silver on the tables. Maybe use star or crescent shaped napkin rings or in the centerpieces -- even let's say a glass bowl full of blue colored water with floating star candles, and glass beads at the bottom. If using flowers, think night flowers -- orchids, jasmine, etc. You could also do groupings of graduated pillar candles (on the decorative stands). Tie the backs of the chairs with white netting or sheer fabric, cinched with a decorative silver or gold crescent moon (or tied using that pretty Christmas star twine garland). The tables could be covered in starred midnight fabric, with the top squares being in a shimmery white.Use those white lit-up branches in clusters around for more atmosphere, and maybe either do one wall in white lights behind drapery (perhaps behind where you and the bride are seated), or if you can, do the ceiling in a starlit-look.

Whites, creams and lots of sparkle and glass. Tea lights are a good idea and feathers. Sparklers and twinkle lights. I would look at white christmas themed weddings and add your own things into it to make it more personal.

For the "Dreams do come true," theme you are teetering on the edge of a fairytale theme. If that is what you are looking for there are a zillion places you can look at for ideas.http://www.kqzyfj.com/ea111js0ys-FIOHNIMLFHGKJHNLJhttp://www.jdoqocy.com/4s121tenkem14A3948713257A4B3Good Luck and Happy Planning!
