For like the decorations, centerpieces, favors, all of it. Nothing too terribly cheesy but I've run out of ideas past using black and white as the colors.

You can probably find musical notes confetti to sprinkle on the tables. You may want to use white candles on a mirror tied with wide black and white music notes ribbon for the centerpieces. You could have white music notes on black napkins. You can photo copy sheet music onto vellum, which is a stiff opaque type of paper, and wrap the vellum around votive holders with votive candles for the favors. You could name each table after a favorite musical and instead of place cards use faux show tickets with your guests names.Sounds like a lot of fun, good luck!

I had a friend that did an opera themed wedding, and she had her invitations made up to look like opera tickets...it was a lot of fun. Something like that might be a nice touch (obviously, yours would be concert tickets)!I'm not sure about where you are, but around me, it's easy to find old, beatup instruments for very cheap at flea markets and the like. Find some brass instruments and put flowers in the horns as centerpieces.Give packs of the "composers" card game as favors.http://www.amazon.com/Composers-Card-Game/dp/0880793619 (scroll down towards the bottom for a description of the game, it's similar to authors)***EDIT: here is a better link for the gamehttp://www.amazon.com/Composers-Classical-Romantic-Educational-Games/dp/1572814489/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1201574269&sr=1-2

As a favor make a cd with all your favourite love songs & make the cover a lovely photo of you & your beloved... Have some musical notes confetti scattered on the table... Some music sheets in the middle of the table or as place mats...

For classical romance, I'd do more of the sheet music route of things, for a hipper more modern way of going, do music notes, maybe do burned cd's as favors? You can use record looking placemats too.

You could name all of the different tables at the reception after a different musical instrument or of favourite songs of yours and your fiancee's. You can also see about getting tiny music stands to hold place cards or the names of the tables. As well you could have sheet music printed on the back of the menus or just have pages of sheet music scattered on the tables like confetti.
