Nassau/Paradise Island?I found the Beaches/Sandals resorts to be very limited in their selections for weddings - along with overpriced. They have a one size fits all wedding, and there is little customization you can do other than pick from their overpriced Preston Bailey 'themes'. None of their color schemes really did it for me either. It was nearly impossible to get answers re: holding a private reception. Their packages only include dinner for you two. Also keep in mind that this is an adult-only resort, so if there are any little ones who you would normally have invited, they can't come.On Nassau/Paradise Island, I found much better prices at the Radisson Cable Beach Resort and RIU. On Grand Bahama Island, I liked Old Bahama Bay and the Westin. I chose the Westin Our Lucaya for my wedding. They had the most to offer at the lowest price (in my opinion). Grand Bahama is a much, much quieter and more reserved island. That's a personal preference - I didn't want drunk 18 year olds stumbling through my ceremony.
