| I personally would recommend it. We ordered 27 cameras, one for each table, and got some terrific pics out of those. We had a professional photographer of course, but we didn't get a whole lot of pics all the guests. People started taking pictures of their table mates, other tables, us, our cake, so we got tons of different and interesting angles of just about everything. The quality of the pics obviously,won't be of a professional level, but they came out very well. I was glad to have all those pictures to come home to. My only advice is, buy the name brand Kodak disposables, I bought a wedding camera b/c it came in the color I wanted...I ended with several that didn't work at all, or had no flash. Luckily I had bought a few spares. Anyway...depending on the type of people who are attending your wedding, you may get a lot of fabulous shots. I think it's worth the 100 bucks to take a chance. |

You could always just give them to the bridal party or trusted members of your family. Many people have digital cameras now, so that helps! My bridesmaids have designated themselves to be the "unofficial photographers", so in addition to the photographers we hired, they are going to be snapping away throughout the reception. They are both very into photography, so they said they will really enjoy it! Maybe you could work something like that out?Good luck and have a great time  |
