i just got some pampered chef bakeware for my wedding and it seems nice but i don't know what to do with it. it's made of stone. can i bake just anything in it? doesn't seem non-stick at all. also, if i were going to bake something in it, and the box for the food, like cake or potatoes, has cooking instructions for the different types of cookware you could use (like it will say the oven temp for glass or for non stick), what instructions should i follow?

I have used Pampered Chef Cookie Molds and they are great. If your wedding gifts did not come with recipes or instructions I suggest that you go to Pampered Chef's website and download some of their recipes and instructions. I have included the link for their website below. Congratulations on your marriage, have fun with all your new toys!

I have tons of stone ware. Once you start using it you will love it!!! The first few times you use it you will need to use cooking spray. Never wash them soap, just water. They are nonporous and can't not harbor bacteria. I usually go by the directions for metal bake-ware. You will love how evenly everything comes out and keeps things nice and warm!!!

Hi.. I'm a pampered chef consultant. There are a few things you would want to do with cooking with your stoneware. Turn your oven down a few degrees when cooking because the stone holds the heat a lot longer than metal does. Don't use soap on the stone because it will take the seasoning out. You need to spray the stone a few times in a few uses to get it seasoned but after that, you don't have to spray it at all. If you have the small bar pan you can cook like pancakes, grilled cheese.. you can cook in the stone whatever you can cook on any other metal pan but more because it has the ridged so you can cook.. like pancakes or waffles. Free free to email me at tbcurtis06 at yahoo if you have any other questions about products or warranties of such.
