Vanilla or lemon would go with both of those. Yum!

I would go with a hazelnut or almond cream. Something nutty.

I have OCD when it comes to that kind of stuff. I would probably do another layer oc the chocolate mousse. That was you could have cake-chocolate mousse-cake strawberry mousse-cake-chocolate mousse-cake. It would look prettier in my opinion...and it wouldn't throw the taste off as much as a third flavor being tossed in there.

I'm a bakery owner and I do quite a few wedding cakes. My personal opinion would be to keep it plain. You have two great flavors but remember, not everyone likes chocolate or strawberries. I would make the main or largest tier white cake with just a buttercream filling. This is the chicken of the cake, the safe flavor that everyone can enjoy. I see a lot of brides add tons of flavors to their cakes and they seem to always end up with one tier that is barely touched. Now, with that being said, it's your wedding and do as you please with the cake. If a plain cake is not your thing then do something over the top like a blood peach with ginger filling.Good luck!

I would do french vanilla. It's not vaniila, per say, because it's stronger, but at the same time it's mellow enough to go with the chocolate and strawberry.
