I would have a selection of sandwich meats on a tray and then buy some nice crusty buns.Deffinately corn on the cob and I would also do a macaroni salad (not everyone into potatoe) and have a nice salad (ceasar or spinach is nice).Sounds yummy.

I would do a vegetable side dish-coleslaw, and definitely another meat-chops maybe. You don't need dessert, since you'll have a cake. I'm hungry, can I come? ;o)

I would have a meat and cheese tray, like ham, turkey, etc. so they can make little sandwiches w/ the rolls. Also, maybe a garden salad. If you want to buy some things premade, checkout your local grocery store. I know Publix makes all the things you listed and they are awesome! You'd just need to place your order ahead of time. Good luck!
