| I'm british, male and in full time employment. I have a Moroccan female partner living near Rabat. We would like to get married so that we can settle in England. Would we be able to apply for a spouse visa immediately after marriage? How likely is it that she will be granted a spouse visa when we're married? Is it possible to have a civil ceremony in Morocco as opposed to a full wedding? She hasn't been able to get a visitor visa so is it ok for us to get married in Morocco? |
