4 years?... sounds committed to me.... marriage is just something that makes breaking up a lot more difficult... obviously someone told him how difficult marriage is.

Both of you are still young. Enjoy life, go do whatever it is you want to do in this world before you tie down and commit to marriage. It's a huge step and the guy is only 23! He's not ready for this and I can't say I blame him. He's thinking smart. It's probably nothing against you at all.

you need to asky our self what you want . if he wasnt willing tto offer you any more than he is now would you stay? you need to take him on a walk outdoors & tell him what you want ( your walking side by side , dont make him look you in the eye, this will put him on the spot) if you want to get married ask him. if he says no & you dont want it any other way you need to move. he may realize he dosent want to be with out you & ask you to marry him. he may not, then you need to move on.

No offense, but you two are babies, and in case you hadn't noticed, most musicians don't make enough to support a family. Time to get real here.

i know you don t want to hear "your too young" but you are, enjoy each other and life, let everything play out the way it should, you don't really want to push someone into something they are not ready for, slow down ! it's not a race, and trust me , if it's meant to be it will be.

Time to move on, hard as it may seem the man is still a boy at heart. and doesn't want to settle down, so don't make him. this is your decision and its time to let go and spread your wings. if he realizes that he's losing his true love he may make a move but don't take a "I'll think about it". Let him know that your not forcing him to make a decision but that you've come to a decision and its time to move on because you want a future with some who want to commit to you.

Where and How to Start?
There’s so much to do, it can be mind-numbing. Don’t worry. I planned and held my first wedding in two months and my second wedding in three months. If you have the luxury of a year or more, feel lucky!
Wedding Invitation
Ideally, invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the big day to give guests time to make arrangements to attend and RSVP back to you.
Wedding Attire
Where I come from, buying a tuxedo is virtually unheard of. Renting is probably the way to go to realize the ultimate savings on the groom’s attire.
Wedding Flowers
Cheap doesn't mean that your wedding flowers can't be beautiful. All flowers are lovely no matter what they cost.
Wedding Ceremony Decoration
Most wedding ceremonies are short and sweet, so why spend a majority...
Wedding Music
Music for your wedding ceremony could consist of live or recorded performances.
Wedding Photography
Pictures are priceless, and you want to be sure you have plenty of good pictures of your special day.
Wedding Favors
Some brides don’t like the idea of giving gifts to her guests, but we think it’s a nice gesture as a thank you...
Wedding Food
Wedding food can take a huge chunk out of your wedding budget.
Wedding Cake
Your wedding cake is the centerpiece of the reception. It is a scrumptious dessert as well as part of a tradition
Wedding Party
The question of whether or not to serve alcohol at your wedding is one that can cause dissension in the ranks of family.
