| I am getting married in July and I have the dementions of the room, the amount of tables and their size, and the sizes of rentals including the dance floor. I was told their are sites that offer free suggested layouts for events, however I can not find any. Does anyone have any ideas? Basiclly you put in what you have and where the windows, doors, and such are located and what equipment you have and it offers you ideas. |

| Once you find such a web site and get an idea of what setup you are planning, talk to the management at your venue. They have seen it all before and should know what works, what doesn't, and why. They might also be able to show you photos of previous event setups. |
