I am getting married and I don't have any idea what I am doing. Just want to play around and design my wedding. Please help me.

If you mean the wedding itself, I doubt there's any software written for it.You can find software for card design, gown design, floral arrangement design, etc., but individually.Let your imagination be your guide - play with a search engine.
