is stamped with a visit stamp from Cuba? My uncle is from Panama City, Panama and wants to visit Cuba for my wedding but he is worried if he visits Cuba, he might have trouble entering the US after as he does a lot of business with the cattle market in Texas. Can anyone clarify this? Thanks!

People do come here who have visited Cuba. However, people are given trouble if someone thinks there is something suspicious about their visa stamps, as well. I couldn't guaranty there wouldn't be an issue, but I don't see it, myself. Unless he meets with Castro's brother while he is there, or something.

If he's not a US resident or US citizen, it should be no problem to simply visit Cuba.If he's concerned, he can explain to the Cuban authorities about the situation and request that they not stamp his passport. I've read that they often accomodate such requests.

I doubt it. Tons of Canadians go to Cuba every year and we have no trouble visiting the US anytime we want

He can go to Cuba. It shouldn't cause him any problems at all. He might be "looked at" a little more carefully, but usually it doesn't matter.

I don't think it would matter because your uncle is not American. Americans can get charged with a felony and a big fine though.
