Under an alcohol permit we will be getting for our outdoor wedding, it states that we can only have malt beverages. So my question is, what constitutes as a malt beverage? I was told that Zima (not that I would drink that anyway) and Smirnoff Ice are? Is this true? If so, what others are there? And, no, I am not asking for a list of your favorite 40s.Hey, thanks for the list of 40s! As far as laws, that will be checked into as we may need another type of liquor permit anyway. Trust me, this will be done by the books.

in most states it has to have an 8.5 or lower alcohol content, but please check your local statutes,,,,,,,,there are allot of micro-breweries, but can only help you if know a better proximity of your geographic location, and yes, you may want to take your permit to the next level,,,,,,,,,, problems usually arise if is on public grounds or parks,etc. the ratings don't bother me, i'm not in it for the points anyway,,,,,i'm just trying to help
