| How long does a typical wedding cake keep for? I had our cake top out overnight after the wedding, and it was refrigerated the next night. We put it in the deep freeze within 2 days, where it remains to this day.Can we still eat it? Without food poisoning? ;)Should we toss it?Note that this cake was made with rice flour and no milk (but it does have eggs I think). An oil based topping was used for whipped "cream". It looks and tastes just like whatever would go in a typical cake, minus wheat and milk products, which I am deathly allergic to (anaphylaxis). Thanks!So it sounds like it was OK to be left out of the fridge for awhile, right? Great! |

| Since it was frozen, you can thaw it any time and eat it. If you have wrapped it up super well, you can save it frozen til your first wedding anniversary! |

| It's fine, but won't be as tasty as on your wedding day. Take it out and give each other a bite on your first wedding anniversary That way the tradition is kept. It is suppose to give you luck |

well you won't get food poisoning but it might just not be as tasty, might have to have a bite or 2... or 3 to find out  haha. |
