She is in High School now - getting great grades! She loves the idea of having her own business/bakery specializing in custom gourmet wedding cakes. She has info on the French Culinary Institute. Does anyone have any more advice for her or know of a better program? Tell us why you think so! Thanks in advance!By the way, It's the French Culinary Institute in the US - one campus is in NY, one in Philidelphia, etc...Just wondered if it's the best school

I know the Culinary Institute of America has excellent programs. You should research it.

She doesn't have to go to France there is wonderful culinary academy's in the USA .. try the one in San Francisco.. there is also one in Hawaii and probably one in New York. My daughter had a diversion a baby and a husband but she still plans to go and make it her second career.
