| My fiance and i are looking to get married in Turkey (i would ideally like icmeler or amos bay or kumlubuk as a location). I'm finding it hard to find a company that can help with these destinations as most places can only offer packages and are not flexible on location etc. Have any Brits been married in this area of Turkey and how did you go about it??? Thanks x |

| I am not getting married in Turkey, but I am having a destination wedding.To find our wedding planner, I googled weddings in Positano, Italy (where I'm getting married) and found wedding websites of actualy couples who got married there. Then I contacted them and said "I know this is very forward and weird, but I was hoping that you could recommend a wedding planner in Positano as I would like to get married there as well". Everyone that I emailed wrote me back and were all happy to share their planners information and other helpful details.So, this is what I recommend you do so that you not only find a planner, but have a recommendation for that person as well! |

| Wow, you're pretty brave getting married in Turkey. I can imagine your wedding photos---you and your white dress with men holding machine guns in the backdrop. um, not my idea of a wedding---sorry not able to help you with the wedding planner. |
