| breakfast: 25 g porridge oats-100 100ml semi skim milk-50 teaspoon sugar-20 third a small banana-30= 200mid morning-100 calorie fruit smoothieraw food bar-98lunch: 2 pieces whole grain breads (220 together) 1/3 or 2/3 banana (30 or 60) teaspoon honey-20 300 max700 so farmid afternoon snack- at max 150850dinner will be below 400 followed by a dessert around 150I am a recovering anorexic so still calorie obsessed.is this enough? and healthy? |

| calorie wise, i'd say no, but if it makes you full and satisfied, go for it. |

| You need a larger lunch... and the calorie obsession may be holding you back on getting in the protein and amount of food that you really need because that's not enough. |
