I went to a Pampered Chef Party last night and I really liked the product line. I was thinking about becoming a consultant, specifically marketing to brides - to - be (wedding registeries). Does anyone know what it is really like? What costs are involved...Thanks

Pampered Chef is fantastic, my mom always had tons of their things. I especially love the pizza stones. I reccommend you do it, the products are great!

Your initial costs to start will be $115-155(cheaper if you host a show) which will give you about $550 in products and paperwork to start your business. The wedding registeries, and wedding showers are great. There is great market potential. I have done PC for 11 years and have enjoyed the income, plus other benefits. I currently have about 20 registeries going, and love to do cooking shows which are now interactive and alot more fun. Talk to the consultant who done the show, if you like them, and they can answers any questions you have. If not, please feel free to contact me if you like. I can help you get started as well. Have a great day.

I say go for it! I just started and I'm loving it so far! They have so many incentives and benefits for their consultants to keep you motivated. It's way better than any other direct sales company I've looked at. I'm just finishing up college and I'm able to afford it! Also, if you do start, make sure to check out The Dollar Store for any office supplies you need. They don't have everything, but they do have the basics, pens, folders, name tags, address labels. And your expenses are all tax write offs too. Good Luck! Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions that pop up! Smile
