There's no way to contact the "Postmaster." The message means that your e-mail didn't go through immediately (almost all e-mail gets sent immediately, but sometimes overly-busy servers cause things to get delayed), but that they expect that it will be delivered soon. When an e-mail fails to go through, you'll get something back called a "Mailer Daemon." You didn't get one of those yet, so don't worry about it.What *I* would do is to write to the customer service department of the firm from whom you ordered the prom dress and say that you sent them an order and that you'd like to confirm that they've received it. If they say, "No," then you can send them a new order right then and there. In any case, whenever you send a vendor an order, they'll always send you back a confirmation of your order. When you get one of those confirmations, you'll know that your order is being processed.
