you can do for a bachelor party? my fiancee's brother is getting married a month before us and my fiancee is the best man. his brother asked if he was going to have a party for him and he told him no. he seemed a little sad. this is both him and his fiancee's second marriage. we don't have much money right now. in fact we are staying with my fiancee's mom to get caught up on our bills plus we have two kids to take care of and a wedding of our own to pay for. so what can he do for his brother for cheap. i'm think under$100 i think there are about 4 guys. can they just go to a bar or something? would it be alright if they just went to a pool hall and played pool? what do you think sounds like a good idea. is it ok for him to tell his brother that he will have a party for him but that he can't afford much so it's not going to be a big thing? how about like drinks at the pool hall and food? plus i could make a cake or something too?my fiancee wasn't the best man the first time around because they are quite a few years apart but he did have a bachelor party the first time.

You could do that, or go hiking with some beers, go to an amusement park and ride roller coasters, rent a convertible and just... drive. Get creative, think of something fun that makes you all feel great!

Playing pool sounds fine. Including food is good.Other options? Bowling, fishing, camping, golfing. Dinner and a movie. Attend a sporting event together. Your fiance can pay for his brother's ticket. Other guests can pay for their own tickets.Any of those would be fine. But I really think it was kinda rude for brother to ask for a party . . . both because it is his second marriage and because he knows of his brother's (your fiance's) financial circumstances. I am supposing here that your fiance did and gave for his brother's first wedding. For brother to expect your fiance to do it again for the second wedding is a bit much. If you want to do a little something, great. But don't go into debt for him, as it is the second time around.

I would offer to take them out and pay their cover at a bar and buy the first round of drinks and the first platter of appitizers. Since it is the second wedding for both of them, I don't think there is a need for a 'no holds barred' bachelor party. And since you are having financial problems, I think this is a good compromise. Don't get yourself into debt or do without something you need for this party. Another thing, instead of being vague with the offer, like "I am going to try to get together a small party" Have your boyfriend be very specific with his offer. Basically, let him know that "THIS, and only this, is what I can do for you" before the brother starts making more demands.

I say a guys night playing pool sounds fine! and for four guys you can get some pitchers of beer and some games of pool maybe a few songs on the jukebox! I am sure some of the other guys will buy drinks for the groom as well! If they are not cheap a***es! As far as food and stuff you could make them bbq or something before they hit the pool hall!
