we are getting married in november and are having a hog roasted and sliced ready for serving at a buffet (indoors). i don't really want picnic food (i.e. potato salad, chips). no one is picky. no one is a vegetarian. any ideas are more than welcome!!!thank you!no one is jewish, no one is muslim. everyone will eat pork. don't worry

One other thing to think about: Are there any Jewish guests who keep kosher or who otherwise don't eat pork? Any Muslims? Just wanted to make sure you have all your bases covered.

Baked or roasted potatoes - or mashed potatoes and gravy; a variety of salads; hot mixed vegetables, maybe also marinated veggies; cheeses, pickles, buns; variety of dainties.Don't forget the horseradish!
