OK , its like this . Im a chocolateir. This time of year is a first for me since I began working with chocolate. I find myslef doing wedding after wedding , hundreds of chocolate favors for guests, each wedding need different details " I want this color box with this color ribbong and this charm and it needs to say this and, and, and ,and ,and ,and " Then they call me EVERY FRIKIN DAY wanting to change something like 2 days before ?? I dont think so !!! I cant RE- make 200 favors !in 2 days . Then it turns into bridezilla ! What do I tell these pretentious bizzos ? What the hell do they want godiva chocolate for anyways ? its all for looks , its stupidI just dont feel like hearing it today . I got a throat cold AND I got inventory ( 1000 peices) and 2 frikin dealines for 2 weddings due this friday !

if the candy is already done and they want to change it,tell them you will have to charge extra for it.if they don't want the old stuff you can always resell it and still cash in.

As far as the jobs on the table have a good sneeze with no mask and gloves....For future Bridzilla's an iron clad this is what you want and will receive discussion with no changes being made without cash penalties.

Do the un-huh, un-huh and then call them 2 hours before the wedding to say that things went horribly wrong with their new order, but if they want you saved their previous one. What would they like to do?Don't forget to compliment the bride...... on whoever it was that SHOE HORNED her into that gown. Hope they're not serving sausages at the dinner.

Charge double and if they are willing to pay then remake them. You cannot and should not undo what has already been done. I would give them the option to pay for both or keep what looks fine already. They will have to get over it.I hope you feel better soon.

I think you should put in the contract that all sales are final and no changes can be made (whatever time you want) before the delivery date. Then have them sign it and make sure that they understand. Then if they give you a hard time you just have to remind them of the contract.

Well first of all relax, second, I think you should include a policy in your contract that specifies that once the contract with the specification in the chocolate arrangements (or whatever you call it, you're the expert not me) is signed there can't be no changes (or there will be an extra cost if you prefer) I would do that if I were you. I know the customer's always right but I also know they can drive you nuts if you do every little thing they want you to do so I think that you should put your foot down, By the way do you happen to have a web site? I'm interested in becoming a chocolatier too could you give me any pointers? thanks.
