most suppliers I have looked at are in the west country and only deliver the cheeses without decoration etc. I would Ideally like it set up and decorated on the day for my wedding in October in east suffolk.

Are you in England, New York or Massachusetts or somewhere else named Suffolk? If you are in NY I may be able to assist.No matter your location - talk to your florist - they may be able to decorate your cake on site for you.

I live in suffolk and whilst i can't answer your question - i know a man who can - he is the head chef/owner at 'The lavender House' in Brundell (details on the net)- not only is it an amazing place to eat, but he knows everything there is to know about cheese. Also, there is a great deli at Holt - they may be able to help you.
