Hi, i have been working out for the past 4 months and i have lost about 20 pounds. I have been working out seperate body parts(chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, etc) about 5 - 6 times a week. I started exersicing in this method since high scool and its easy for me and im just used to it. I also do jogging about 3-4 times a week for two miles each time. My diet is not the best but i try to eat as healthy as i can, but my portion control is very good.(I know i can do better in food selection)Anyhow i need to lose another 20 lb to get to my ideal weight and its seem i have stoped losing weight or just losing it very slowly. I have gotten bigger and stronger muscles but i only want to lose weight and not get any wider or bigger. I know i got to choose better in food but my question is this..... Is my work out not really helping? Should i mix the exercises together such as:Day 1. Chest, legs, triceps, abs.and day 2,3,4,5 other muscles?Help me out cause i getting married soon.

I don't know your diet exactly, but perhaps you actually need to eat more (not plain old junk either). Whenever I increase my exercise routine I noticed I lost more weight once I upped my calories. Yeh less calories in more calories out true, but you'll have better workouts and keep the inner fire burning. Also you might just be doing too much of the same thing, you're body is too efficient at the same exercises. Switch up some of your moves. I bike, walk, jog, jump rope and constantly try new muscle building activities. Don't screw with your metabolism by starving and doing tons of the same old activities. I've also been doing all these things in preparation for my wedding and have lost 40lbs in almost 4 months. Good luck!

I have been trained in sports nutrition. With nutrient depletion in the soils there are a lot of myths around folks think you only have to exercise to lose weight.Like you, I had weight to lose pumped the irons did the circuits regular as clockwork, then I too plateued. As far as I was concerned there was no way I was going to get anything from folks at the gym in powders and such, but my doctor, a government one, where I was going for a promotion at work said they worked. I had lost 10kg from 190 kg as a 6'4" tall bloke to work thrashing punishing my body for a further 2 months, nothing, a friend came around, said he was going to give me a free lunch, yea right, I fell for it. The products tasted really delicious, and of course I teased him about it, and he didnt react, he just kept telling me stories of really disgustingly large obscene amounts of money to be made, it was kinda surreal, I worked in law enforcement at the time, and he was scaring me. But it is all legitimate, I was at the point of nausea from his lusts for money ready to ask him to leave, when he suggested humanitarian work, then whipped out a letter with the US Presidential seal endorsing the charitable work our corporation was doing with drug effected kids and what not, and the fact it was safe natural and nothing artificial, but it tasted great. I wanted to know when to join the program it seemed expensive, but after 2 months I had lost an amazing 35kg, I was getting married too, and had walked 17km to be with my fiance because I had no transport and wanted to be with her. I had at the time 22 medical illnesses, in the first nine months I lost an amazing 65kg and went on to get to 80kg where it wavered when I couldnt cope and started sabortaging weight loss as not wanting unwanted interest from so many women who had ignored me until married. I was on a medicine I had to take to be alive and it caused so many bad side effects with this any side effect was explained and the assurance that at that time over 40 million written testimonials existed on amazing medical results, the best part is I have been healed from a medical illness there is no known cure and I only wanted to lose weight. My wife eventually could not cope with so many women interfering, I was faithful but we wont go there? What happened was the structure of how we eat what we eat can produce a perfect human cell. More than this it can be structured in such a way with government suggested diets from our Oz govts so that there is with careful use to make existing medicines under your doctors blessing know exactly how nutrtion at a cellular level can improve effectiveness of medicines. What happened was my specialist took me off my medicines I was going so well, have been free for over two years, still take the nutrition and basically I desired to eventually live in a third world country as a retirement place but she did not have my medicines in her country. She did not stay around long enough to witness the success but, my faith in religion as a Christian has enhanced with a far greater use of my voice than ever before, melodic can go for five octaves just because of nutriton. And prayer. The best part is I have sold over $80,000 worth of products, have lost massive weight to be nearly back to normal over a 5 1/2 year period and run cost neutral a great travel holiday with trips to her country with training attended thefre, and again in Singapore, Thailand and about eleven places all around Australia, if it is weight loss, see me first, its just great, having a business where a gold medal winning athlete trains me from her MSc in Sports Nutrition the worlds best Doctors a Noble Prize Lauriet and incredibly 66 countries of governement approve it. I can have it to most places in these countries within one day, and from at most a week around public holidays maximum with credit cards accepted too.If you are serious? How much weight do you want to lose? What have you tried before and why didnt it work? When do you want to start? What flavour shakes do you prefer and How would you like to pay?Where would you like it delivered?Contact me now?
