| I am looking for a photographer for my wedding October 11th, 2008 in Southeast Michigan. I am looking for someone who will not do too many posed pictures or advanced editing. We love the photo journalistic approach. A few of the photographers style we like are anneruthmann.com and marcicurtiss.com, however they are a little out of our budget. Depending on what is included, we need to stay under $1400.00. We don't need any prints or extras, but would like to have the images on disc. If you are a photographer, know of a photographer, or are a photography student with some work completed, please let me know!!! THANK YOU!!!I mean around $1400... |

| I'm in Michigan and have been interviewing photographers recently, so I've seen a number of quotations and most of the people specializing in that type of photography are charging much more than $1400. Try contacting a local college with a photography (or fine art) department to see if they can recommend a student. I know that the photography students at the university I attended LOVED to do weddings. It gave them experience and they had a good time as long as the couple was easy-going and fun.Best wishes!!!!!!!!! |

| I used Alison Bates batesphotographic.comShe was amazing, and I absolutely loved the way that she captured our wedding! I still look at my pictures and am amazed. She is very reasonably priced, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't even hardly see her taking pictures, and when i saw the pictures I thought...how did she get that picture, I didn't even see her!! You will not be disappointed!! |
