Any suggestions/recipes are very much appreciated. I am particularly looking for items that can be prepped ahead of time as the wedding will be on the beach. We will have a small food tent on site with a fridge, and possibly a burner. There will be waitresses serving these items.

Spanikopita (it's like mini spinach and I think feta in pastry, yum!!), pan-fried haloumi, samosas (curry puffs)
