I'm nervous because easter just passed. I'm orthodox. My wedding is next sunday and this past sunday I ate a LOTTTT of food by accident. I lost 35 lbs in total for the wedding and have dropped to a size 0. My dress looks great on me, but I'm afraid after all this eating in the past weekend, (cheese, lamb, deserts, did i mention cheese?) the dress may fit too snug or I might even have water weight. How do I prevent this in one week? The scale read 7 lbs more than usual this morning!I know how to lose weight I've lost 35 lbs by dieting and exercising, I just want to prevent water weight gain before the big day this coming Sunday. I hope all that stuff from easter doesn't catch up with me! Thanks CF!

If you get the Triple Cheeseburger at Wendy's drive thru, make sure you also get a diet coke.

do cardio or go running every day for at least 20 minutes to a half hour.it'll burn fat and build muscle. it's the best way to burn fast.eat healthy for the duration. drink water regularly and eat lots of veggies and some grains.

You should be ok, b/c one day of eating a lot shouldn't ruin your diet. Just make sure you drink a lot of water that should help from bloating from the extra salt.

Where and How to Start?
There’s so much to do, it can be mind-numbing. Don’t worry. I planned and held my first wedding in two months and my second wedding in three months. If you have the luxury of a year or more, feel lucky!
Wedding Invitation
Ideally, invitations should be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the big day to give guests time to make arrangements to attend and RSVP back to you.
Wedding Attire
Where I come from, buying a tuxedo is virtually unheard of. Renting is probably the way to go to realize the ultimate savings on the groom’s attire.
Wedding Flowers
Cheap doesn't mean that your wedding flowers can't be beautiful. All flowers are lovely no matter what they cost.
Wedding Ceremony Decoration
Most wedding ceremonies are short and sweet, so why spend a majority...
Wedding Music

Wedding Photography

Wedding Favors
Some brides don’t like the idea of giving gifts to her guests, but we think it’s a nice gesture as a thank you...
Wedding Food
Wedding food can take a huge chunk out of your wedding budget.
Wedding Cake
Your wedding cake is the centerpiece of the reception. It is a scrumptious dessert as well as part of a tradition
Wedding Party
The question of whether or not to serve alcohol at your wedding is one that can cause dissension in the ranks of family.
