i have two flower girls and i was thinking of having the 9year old pull my baby down the isle in a dressed up wagon. and having the younger flower girl spread the rose petals. what do you guys think? or do you have any better ideas or opinions?i plan on putting her boppy in the wagon so she wouldnt fall out.

I think it would be cute but maybe a gussied up stroller instead of a wagon. I'd be afraid of the baby falling from the wagon.

my cousin actually did that in her wedding last year with her twin nephews and it was adorable. Just have someone on hand to grab them at the end of the aisle. Congrats

I agree with the stroller comment, maybe more of a lightweight stroller with a garland of flowers and ribbons (not real so the baby cant eat one)......if a girl - i saw a wedding once where the baby had a little white hat on that had the rings attached to a ribbon bow on it- like the baby was bringing the rings to approve of marriage...it was cute when we realised!

It'd make a great picture when you do your posed shots. But babies cry, as I'm sure you know. I'd suggest you have someone (maybe the baby's godmother if she has one?) carry your baby down the aisle as part of the procession. The baby'll be in a more comfortable position and with someone familar--and, best of all, in the charge of someone who can grab the baby and run out if he/she starts screaming.

That will be cute. you could also have her in an umbrella stroller. Let one of the bridesmaids or favorite aunt or Uncle push her down the isle. my best friend had her uncle carry her 5 month old down the isle. Even with the boppy. there is a chance she could fall. You would want something she could be buckled in or carried. I get a thumbs down. I the one who works with children. The one who knows more about kids then most. There was an episode of whose wedding is it anyway. They did a very beautiful carriage for a baby. Try your florist. They might be able to get you something.

What's a boppy? I'm not being sassy, I just really don't know. And all of that sounds ridiculously cute, by the way.

It's your wedding, your fiance is marring you and your 6 month old, sort of. I think that it is an adorable idea.

A safer option might be to have your Mom carry her when she is seated. This way you don't take the chance of a fall and tears on your special day. 9 month olds can't be trusted to sit still for any length of time so it's a real gamble.

My daughter is going to be 8 months when we get married so my sister (junior bridesmaid) is going to walk her down the isle in a white stroller. Hopefully we can dress it up a little and she is going to be in a cute little white dress also. is your baby a girl or boy?
