Hi, I'm wicked fat. I'm 5'4 and about 140 pounds.I need to lose weight for an upcoming wedding but I only have 5 weeks. It seems pointless because I can only lose like 5 pounds in 5 weeks. HELP!WOW UR SO WICKED HELPFUL THANKS...yea JKDo I look like a boy or a girl?????

That's not true-- if you cut out all the crap food, sodas, candy, little debbies, fast food, etc... and start exercising: cardio (running, swimming, jumping jacks, stairs) at least 3 times a week, you can easily lose 2-3 lbs a week. So, if you really work hard and eat right, i think you could lose almost 20 lbs. I started my diet/exercise program on Easter (like 5 weeks ago) and I've lost 18 lbs. But you have to start now! Eat right: whole grains, veggies, fruits, skim milk, lean protein... just look up other peoples questions for ideas. Good luck!!EDIT:and it is kind of hard to tell if your avatar is a boy or a girl.you have an ambiguous name, and then the picture has a manly face, but long womanly hair.... I would fix one of the two.

lol...wickedwell if you want to lose weight AND get in shape, excersise.or if you just want a quick temporary solution try a fad diet a week before the wedding.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Nothing other than water in between. Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free. Be patient and not in a hurry. U cannot choose spots for reduction.This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
