I love mineral makeup because of the gorgeous glow given by the bismuth oxychloride. However, I am getting married, and I know that the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in all MMUs creates that ghostly effect on your face when it reflects the flash from photography. Also, I know that any glow tends to look greasy in pics. But I do want a nice glow in my photos if possible, not just matte. And I certainly don't want that ghostly effect! Does anyone know of a foundation that gives a nice glow in photographs, and that won't make me look like a ghost??? I'm not attached to mineral makeup, any foundation will do! I've been searching the internet up, down, and even sideways, and am getting desperate - please help! I should mention that the wedding and reception will all be indoors, but there will also be a few outdoor shots. Thanks in advance!!Also, if anyone can clarify about the titanium dioxide/zinc oxide issue - do both of these cause the ghostly effect? I know for sure the TD does, uncertain about ZO. And does it still have that effect if both/either are present only in low quantities, or are low quantities okay? Thanks!

I think MAC makes a good foundation for photographs ...You can also buy like a shimmer to go under your foundation that will give your face a glow. But I would check with MAC because it seems I have read somewhere that they do have a foundation that photographs well. I use Giorgio Armani and it does really well in photographs ....Good Luck ~ Best Wishes ~~http://www.maccosmetics.com/MAC even has a bridal page with different looks on their website ...also they have a chat live with a makeup artist that might be able to help you with your questions.

i think u should still wear the same foundation and use a bronzing powder on top. lloreal paris glam bronzer (colour 04 soleil universel the darker shade! dont panick its nicer then the lighter shade!)it doesnt give u the orange effect its perfect. apply with a large blusher brush. i would also oppt for a spray tan to give u all over glow!!UK-boots £10 (lloreal bronzer!)hope that helped and have a nice wedding day!! xx
