| The theme from the "Pink Panther" as the song they leave the church to after they get married?My friend asked me to play my instrument at her wedding, and I was excited about the Pink Panther rifts in a band piece we recently had passed out (she was watching my baby on a reheasal night when I had waaayyy to much caffiene and I was a nut case when I got home that night) and I asked her what she wanted me play, and she sarcastically said "Pink Panther."My husband and I walked out of the church to the Theme from St. Elmo's Fire, and it worked because it was a familiar tune that most people couldn't quite place. Would this work the same for them?no, we talked about it seriously because I mentioned what we walked out to. The sarcasm was her initial reaction. I wouldn't just start randomly playing something at her wedding. |

| Mmmm...I'd say you'd probably better not, at least without her approval. If she said "Pink Panther" sarcastically, the sarcasm is a giant sign that she would not be happy with it.Sorry. Maybe you can have it played at a party you throw in the future or something. |

| umm, ok, if she really wants it, then yeah, play it. Whatever makes them happy on the big day! I think people would recognize it, but so what? It would be cute and people would laugh and weddings should be carefree happy affairs. I say go for it! Be different! |

| If thats what she truly wants it her wedding so of course its not lame. I can just imanigne the smiles on the guests faces. How cute and fun. |

| i love anything to be different, make people talk about it 20 years later, that is the motto i plan by in my career as an event planner who does a wedding a month.I would pick a different song for them especially if some of the same people will be there.I might think of “I feel good” by James Brown or “this crazy thing called love” by Michael Bubble |
